Through more humanistic spiritual approach, we further apply principles of noetic science[1] to establish nexus of inner knowing (noetic) and outer investigation (science), to discover entirely new ways of being and driving innovations in agriculture, energy, extractives, emissions, urban reforms, and public health, for uplifting humanity and addressing climate vulnerability. Key processes, data models, and risk scenarios thus developed drive our design of smart development programs to attain true impact and last-mile reach. We also undertake economic valuation, options valuation, risk assessment, and actuary work to determine the economic value of programs, businesses, assets, or enterprises, and understand risks affecting its performance.

We use cloud-based tools, and platforms such as IBM Cognos, IBM Watson, IBM SPSS, Python, R, Advanced Excel, STATA, etc., and international hybrid climate databases to drive smarter, data-driven decisions by capitalizing on a broader variety of data and insightful AI.

Proprietary Tools, Databases & Infographics: We produce a number of open access, customized, user-friendly, and interactive proprietary tools (such as Climate Action Tracker (CAT)) that make climate analysis, indicators, and projections easily available to policy makers, researchers, or program implementors dealing with climate and resources related issues while focusing of green growth trajectory. EVALUATION Services

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning practice is to apply knowledge gained from evidence and analysis to improve development outcomes, thus, ensuring Accountability for the resources used to achieve these outcomes. We produce real-time, quality assuring and verified evidence to support decision-making for equitable, inclusive, and sustainable development. To ensure useful measurement, we mobilize and focus resources on relevant questions that matter in the real world and pave the way for more transparent research practices. We undertake diagnostic studies, deep research, and reviews that examine what works, for whom, why and at what cost in diverse geographies, thus assisting in program improvement, and ensuring greater accountability to beneficiaries. We offer technology approach to MEAL to improve the accuracy, timeliness and accessibility of data, effectively developing & applying evidence gap maps to improve decision-making around where to make investments in producing more evidence or synthesizing existing evidence.

Evidence + Gap Maps

We produce evidence gap maps (EGM) through thematic collections of information about impact evaluations and systematic reviews that measure the effects of international development policies and programmes. They provide a graphical display of areas with strong, weak, or non-existent evidence on the effect of interventions or initiatives in terms of the types of programmes evaluated, the methodology applied, the outcomes measured, and the evidence gaps identified, duly supported by the documentation and background information.

Impact Evaluations + Synthesis

We provide evidence of what works, what does not, for whom, and why in international development. We ensure designs are based on the intervention’s theory of change that use a counterfactual[2], and the  methods that ensure that the evaluation addresses differential impacts due to the effects of gendered inequality. We support a range of impact evaluations, including formative and process evaluations needed to inform the potential for or design of a full impact evaluation. We continue to innovate and improve synthesis and systematic review methodologies and the uptake and use of synthesised evidence.

[2] Counterfactual analysis is the comparison between what actually happened and what would have happened in the absence of an intervention.

Stakeholders Engagement + Evidence Impact

We prioritize stakeholder analysis to carefully plan, conduct and govern the assigned work and ensure effective stakeholder engagement by assessing different perspectives to achieve the intended outcomes, so as to further ensure evaluations and systematic reviews are relevant and useful. We use robust and effective monitoring to measure evidence use so that we can convey evidence impact on programmes and policies with greater confidence.

Capacity Building + Performance Improvement

We help in identifying opportunities and challenges and develop customized strategies to achieve practice goals and sustain improvements. We assist in acquiring or training staff, increasing organizational capacity, coordinating planning and management, investing in planning, training, and outreach efforts, collecting additional information, and conducting vulnerability assessments and studies, among others.
